C&D Newin Paper & Pulp Corporation Limited (C&D NEWIN) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

Authorised / Registered Capital • Ordinary shares: 2.00 billion authorised at a par value of HKD 0.05, representing HKD 100.00 million. • Unlisted convertible non-voting preference shares: 143.09 million authorised at a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 14.31 million. • Total authorised capital: HKD 114.31 million. No increase or decrease was recorded in any class of authorised capital for the month.

Issued Shares and Treasury Shares • Outstanding ordinary shares: 1,414,600,832. • Treasury shares: Nil. There were no share issuances, cancellations, conversions or share buy-backs in May 2026, leaving the total number of issued shares unchanged.

Compliance and Corporate Actions • The company confirmed that its public float exceeded the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold. • No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled during the month.
