公告指出，此次回购基于2026年5月7日股东周年大会上通过的购回授权进行，该授权允许公司在一定条件下回购最多221,634,387股普通股。截至目前，渣打集团已在伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE及CBOE CXE合计回购30,685,415股，占授权通过时已发行股份总数的1.3845%。
