根据公告，华宝国际现行的股份购回授权于2026年5月11日获通过，总回购额度为322,843,187股。截至本次回购完成，公司已根据该授权在香港联交所及其他证券交易所累计购回5,241,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本0.1623%。公司在公告中确认，上述回购事宜已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及有关法律法规的要求。
