ZO FUTURE GROUP (Stock Code: 2309) released its 2024/2025 annual report. Key data indicates total revenue rose to approximately HK$451.2 million for the financial year, representing a year-on-year increase of 63.9%. The company remains focused on three core segments: operation of a professional football club in the UK, new energy automobiles and related business, and properties investment in Cambodia.

According to the announcement, the new energy automobiles and related segment showed notable growth. Segment revenue reached about HK$123.7 million, soaring by over 2,113% year-on-year. The football club segment recorded revenue of approximately HK$299.3 million, up 24.8% from the prior year. The properties investment segment contributed an annual revenue of around HK$28.2 million. However, the overall loss attributable to owners of the company widened to about HK$314.0 million, reflecting a 71.8% increase compared with the previous year.

Management cited global macroeconomic challenges yet remains optimistic about policy support for new energy vehicles and the stable lease income from real estate holdings in Cambodia. Future plans include expanding into Southeast Asian markets for the new energy automobiles segment and continuing discussions to enhance the performance of the football club. Overall, the group reaffirmed its commitment to all three business fronts for the coming period.
