Far East Hotels and Entertainment Limited (FE HOTELS, HK 00037) announced that its Annual Report 2026, accompanying circular, notice of annual general meeting (AGM) and proxy form have been published online in both English and Chinese.

The full set of documents can now be accessed through the company’s investor-relations section at www.tricor.com.hk/webservice/00037 and on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

According to the notice, the AGM will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 in the Conference Room, 2/F, Cheung Chau Warwick Hotel, East Bay, Hong Kong.

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to supply functional e-mail addresses to their respective bank, broker, custodian or nominee to facilitate electronic receipt of future corporate communications. If no e-mail or postal address is provided through Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited, no further notification letters regarding the availability of corporate communications will be dispatched.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy versions of the current or future corporate communications may complete and return the request form to the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the provided postage-paid envelope. Printed copies will be mailed free of charge upon receipt of the request.
