康圣环球(09960)于2026年7月17日公告称，公司当日于香港联合交易所场内回购普通股7.10万股（即71,000股），占截至2026年7月16日公司已发行股本（不包括库存股）的约0.00687%，每股回购价格介乎港币0.96元至港币1元，合计耗资约6.93万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本减少至1,033,421,640股，库存股数量增至7,905,000股。根据公司在2026年6月5日通过的购回授权，允许回购总数为103,426,264股。截至本公告日，公司已陆续回购股份合共841,000股，占授权通过时已发行股本（不包括库存股）的约0.08131%，剩余可回购股数为102,585,264股。
公告同时指出，公司已严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的证券上市规则及相关法规进行股份回购。本公告由执行董事、首席财务官兼公司秘书柴海节签署。
