Yuzhou Group Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 01628) reported no change to its authorized share capital in October 2025, remaining at 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1 each. The total was unchanged at HKD 10,000,000,000.
The number of issued shares stood at 1,487,986,995 with no treasury shares. No additional ordinary shares were issued during the month. Regarding share options, minor lapses occurred under two schemes, reducing one set by 1,158 and another by 3,476 without generating new issued shares. No other movements in warrants, convertibles, or other arrangements were disclosed.
