公告显示，截至2026年9月2日，公司已发行股份数为1,898,429,020股，库藏股数为12,316,000股，合计为1,910,745,020股。根据公告，股东大会于2026年5月20日通过了购回授权，公司可回购的股份总数为191,235,002股，目前公司已在证券交易所回购合计11,500,000股，占购回授权通过日已发行股本总数的0.6014%。
