路透8月11日电 —— 沙特上市公司Emaar经济城（股票代码：4220.SE）披露了最新季度业绩。
该季度，公司净亏损高达2200万沙特里亚尔。与此同时，季度销售额为1.27亿里亚尔。
从运营层面看，公司营收出现增长。这一增长主要得益于集团旗下某子公司的学生入学人数增加，从而推动了相关收入。然而，酒店与休闲业务板块的收入却有所下滑，入住率也呈现下降趋势，拖累了整体表现。
在住宅土地及单元销售方面，该季度录得小幅下滑。
支出端则呈现出积极信号：运营费用减少了1800万里亚尔，专业服务费用也相应降低。此外，财务费用大幅缩减了7200万里亚尔。
值得注意的是，其他营业收入增加了1.73亿里亚尔。公司还通过出售投资性房地产获得了收益。同时，集团在某个权益法核算的被投资企业中所占的亏损份额也减少了。
不过，也存在一些负面因素：预期信用损失（ECL）拨备增加了1500万里亚尔，未开票应收账款也有所上升。
