PROSPEROUSPRINT (08385) announced that Vivien & Co. CPAs Limited (Vivien) has resigned as the group's auditor, effective November 3, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the board's audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Teda CPA Limited (Teda) as the new auditor, effective November 25, 2025, to fill the vacancy following Vivien's resignation. Teda's term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
