LX Technology completes HK$2.49 million share buy-back, boosts treasury stock to 4.09 million shares

On 6 July 2026, LX Technology Group Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 120,000 ordinary shares, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Purchase details: Shares were bought within a price range of HK$20.10–HK$21.48, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$20.77 per share, bringing the aggregate consideration to HK$2.49 million.

• Capital changes: – Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 349.29 million to 349.17 million, a marginal decrease of 0.03%. – Treasury shares increased from 3.97 million to 4.09 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 353.26 million.

• Mandate utilisation: The buy-back was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 35.06 million shares. Including the latest transaction, 1.41 million shares have been repurchased under this mandate, equivalent to 0.40% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

• Moratorium: In line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3), LX Technology is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 5 August 2026.

The filing confirms that all repurchases were carried out in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules and that no shares repurchased to date have been cancelled.
