On 11 September 2026, TYK Medicines, Inc. issued a reminder to all registered H shareholders that the company has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. The measure, initially announced on 6 September 2024 and reiterated on 17 September 2025, covers materials such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Both English and Chinese versions of these documents will be accessible on the company’s website (www.tykmedicines.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed copies as the default distribution format.

Shareholders who have not yet supplied an email address are urged to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Without a functional email on file, shareholders must proactively visit the company and HKEXnews websites for updates and will receive only actionable corporate communications in printed form. Printed copies of all communications remain available on request; however, any such instruction is valid for one year from the date of receipt and must be renewed thereafter.
