DFI Retail Group discloses share awards and dividend-related share accruals for senior management

DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited announced a series of senior-management share transactions that were lodged with the UK Financial Conduct Authority on May, 15 2026. The dealings cover activity dated Apr, 1 2026 and May, 13 2026 and involve ordinary shares of US cents 5 and 5/9 each. All shares were issued at a price of US$0.00 per share through dividend reinvestment, dividend-equivalent accruals on outstanding awards, or the grant of new share awards.

Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Scott Anthony Price received 5,029 shares via dividend reinvestment, 33,047 dividend-equivalent shares and 275,679 new share awards, for a total of 313,755 shares.

Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer Tom Cornelis Gerardus van der Lee obtained 5,647 dividend-reinvestment shares, 5,837 dividend-equivalent shares and 85,937 new share awards, totalling 97,421 shares.

Chief Executive Officer, 7-Eleven, Yue Pang Man received 2,581 dividend-reinvestment shares, 4,743 dividend-equivalent shares and 77,597 new share awards, bringing the total to 84,921 shares.

Chief Executive Officer, Health & Beauty, Hei Lam Wong was allotted 4,262 dividend-reinvestment shares, 7,034 dividend-equivalent shares and 72,337 new share awards, amounting to 83,633 shares.

Group Chief Legal, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer Wai Man Chan acquired 9,195 dividend-reinvestment shares, 7,268 dividend-equivalent shares and 72,337 new share awards, for an aggregate of 88,800 shares.

Group Chief People & Culture Officer Jinghui Xu received 1,417 dividend-reinvestment shares, 7,395 dividend-equivalent shares and 70,854 new share awards, totalling 79,666 shares.

Group Chief Digital and yuu Rewards Officer Wee Lee Loh accrued 3,909 dividend-equivalent shares and was granted 60,787 new share awards, for a combined 64,696 shares.

Group Chief Strategy Officer Ella Yig-Sharn Chan accrued 1,539 dividend-equivalent shares and received 51,597 new share awards, giving a total of 53,136 shares.

Chief Executive Officer, Food, Hsiao En Liu acquired 6,337 dividend-reinvestment shares, 7,348 dividend-equivalent shares and 108,506 new share awards, for a combined 122,191 shares.

Group Chief Technology and Information Officer King Yan Crystal Chan obtained 351 dividend-reinvestment shares, 3,226 dividend-equivalent shares and 63,218 new share awards, totalling 66,795 shares.

All the above transactions were conducted outside a trading venue.
