JISHENG GP HLDG (08133) Announces Company Secretary Transition: Ms. Chan Wing Ting Succeeds Mr. Tam Sik Wai Effective 10 Mar 2026

Jisheng Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 08133) has disclosed a forthcoming change in key corporate governance roles.

The board confirmed that Mr. Tam Sik Wai will step down as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24, and Process Agent under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, with effect from 10 March 2026. Mr. Tam stated he has no disagreement with the Board and is unaware of any matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Effective the same date, Ms. Chan Wing Ting will assume all three positions. Ms. Chan, currently Director of Compliance at Kawell Consulting Limited, brings over ten years of experience in company secretarial, corporate governance and compliance functions for listed and multinational entities. She is an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (U.K.) and holds a master’s degree in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from City University of Hong Kong.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Tam’s contributions and extended a welcome to Ms. Chan. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises three executive directors—Ms. Woo Lan Ying, Mr. Li Qizhi and Mr. Yang Yueyong—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Leung Shuk Lan, Ms. Yuen Wai Man and Mr. Au Sui Keung Albert.
