亨利加集团(03638)于2026年3月24日发布翌日披露报表，披露公司在2026年3月18日于香港联交所场内回购5,000股普通股，每股回购价为10港元，涉资约50,000港元。公司称该笔回购股份暂拟注销，截至回购当日，公司已发行股本(不包括库藏股)维持在77,423,775股，库藏股数量为零。
根据公告，本次回购行为源自公司于2025年9月25日通过的购回授权。公司可根据授权回购最高7,742,377股股份，已累计回购282,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.36%。公司表示，交易完成后30日内不会进一步发行新股或出售库藏股，确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则以及其他适用的法律法规，并获得董事会正式授权。
