船舶租赁及相关服务收入约5217.6万港元，上年同期为7599.5万港元；船舶管理服务收入约1348.8万港元，上年同期为1326.9万港元；海事建筑服务收入约1.07亿港元，上年同期为8992.3万港元，上述分项收入波动主要受不同项目进度及需求变化所致。
