12月24日，Ramaco Resources今日宣布，董事会已授权启动一项股票回购计划，在24个月内回购公司目前已发行在外的A类普通股，回购金额最高可达1亿美元。董事会还授权公司根据经修订的1934年《证券交易法》签订书面交易计划，以协助公司根据其股票回购计划回购普通股。
Ramaco董事长兼首席执行官兰德尔·阿特金斯表示：“我们很高兴推出股票回购计划，作为向股东返还资本的又一途径，这也是我们良好公司治理的体现。Ramaco此前宣布的6亿美元（扣除费用前）融资计划将于2025年下半年完成，届时我们将能够更好地把握机遇，释放价值，实现股东回报最大化。股票回购计划彰显了我们对公司持续运营业绩和财务实力的信心。”
公司可不时通过公开市场交易、大宗交易、私下协商交易或其他符合联邦证券法规定的方式回购股份。回购股份的时机、数量和价值将由公司酌情决定，并取决于多种因素，包括管理层对公司普通股内在价值的评估、公司普通股的市场价格、整体市场和经济状况、可用流动性、公司债务及其他协议的履行情况、适用的法律要求以及其他相关因素。
公司计划利用现有资金，择机回购股份，同时保持充足的流动性以支持其资本发展计划。该回购计划不构成Ramaco的强制性回购义务，董事会可随时暂停、修改、延长或终止该计划。根据该计划回购的任何股份将不再流通在外，并可供Ramaco未来发行。
