该项目由骑士头资本管理公司主导融资，通用电气旗下Vernova将提供七台高效燃气轮机，基威特电力建设公司则负责整体施工。值得注意的是，该项目选址于宾州最大退役燃煤电厂原址，旨在将其改造为前沿的能源与数据基础设施枢纽。
