俄亥俄州新奥尔巴尼，2026年4月2日——多元化工业产品与服务供应商商用汽车集团（纳斯达克代码：CVGI）今日宣布，已完成对其位于田纳西州冯诺尔制造工厂的售后回租交易，该交易为公司带来1600万美元收益。此次交易所得净款项已被用于提前偿还部分既有定期贷款，从而有效降低了公司的杠杆水平。根据协议条款，商用汽车集团将以20年租期回租冯诺尔工厂，首年基础年租金约为140万美元。
