SHUI ON LAND (00272): Annual Contract Property Sales Reach RMB 7.916 Billion in 2025

SHUI ON LAND (00272) announced that for the full year of 2025, its cumulative contracted property sales amounted to RMB 7.916 billion. This total includes residential property sales of RMB 7.246 billion and commercial property sales of RMB 670 million. The total gross floor area of contracted property sales reached 130,466 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 60,700 per square meter. Additionally, 4,003 parking spaces were sold during the 2025 fiscal year. In the second half of 2025 alone, contracted property sales achieved RMB 4.443 billion. This comprised residential property sales of RMB 3.956 billion and commercial property sales of RMB 487 million. The sold gross floor area for the latter half of the year was 67,932 square meters, achieving a higher average selling price of RMB 65,400 per square meter. A further 2,929 parking spaces were sold in the second half of 2025. Beyond the reported contracted sales, the Group had secured subscribed sales totaling RMB 639 million as of December 31, 2025. These subscribed sales are anticipated to be progressively converted into formal contracted property sales in the coming months.
