CATL (03750) has issued an announcement regarding its latest corporate bond offering.

The 2026 Science and Technology Innovation Corporate Bonds (Second Tranche) for professional investors, to be issued by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd., represent the second issuance under the registered documents.

The total issuance size for this tranche is capped at RMB 2 billion, inclusive.

Each bond will have a par value of RMB 100 and will be issued at a price of RMB 100 per bond.

The bonds will have a term of 5 years, featuring an option for the issuer to adjust the coupon rate at the end of the third year, alongside an investor put option.

The indicative coupon rate range for this bond issuance is set between 1.30% and 1.90%.

The final coupon rate will be determined through a book-building process conducted by the issuer and the lead underwriter, based on the results of the offline inquiry and within the stipulated interest rate range, in accordance with relevant national regulations.
