据德国媒体援引欧盟谈判代表消息报道，欧盟拟同意美国统一征收10%关税的方案，以避免药品、电子产品和汽车面临更高关税。
报道称，欧盟正计划大幅削减对美国制造汽车的关税，并研究消除技术性和法律性障碍，以简化美产汽车在欧销售流程。
美国总统特朗普五月决定将原定对欧盟加征的50%关税推迟至7月9日实施，为双方继续谈判留出时间。
欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩此前表示："欧洲已准备好快速果断推进谈判，但要达成理想协议，我们需要充分利用截至7月9日的谈判窗口期。"
欧洲股市普遍走高，投资者暂缓避险操作。
