Direxion Daily TSLA Bull 2X Shares (TSLL) experienced a significant pre-market surge of 5.76% on Monday, reflecting heightened investor optimism following Tesla's recent shareholder meeting and the approval of CEO Elon Musk's groundbreaking compensation package.

The surge comes after Tesla's annual shareholder meeting on November 6, where investors overwhelmingly approved a new pay package for Elon Musk, potentially worth up to $1 trillion over the next decade. This package, receiving more than 75% of votes in favor, is tied to ambitious performance targets, including growing Tesla's valuation from $2 trillion to $8.5 trillion, delivering 1 million robots, and operating 1 million Robotaxis.

Investors are drawing parallels between this new incentive plan and Tesla's 2018 compensation package, which preceded a staggering 1350% stock surge by September 2025. The market appears optimistic that this "trillion-dollar bet" could catalyze Tesla's next bull run, driving up the leveraged ETF that tracks Tesla's performance at twice the rate.

Additionally, Tesla outlined an ambitious roadmap spanning AI, robotics, and autonomous driving during the shareholder meeting. Key initiatives highlighted include scaling up Optimus Humanoid Robot production, enhancing Full Self-Driving capabilities, and collaborating on AI chip production. These developments have collectively fueled positive sentiment around Tesla's future growth prospects.

However, it's worth noting that the company faces some challenges. The recent departure of Siddhant Awasthi, Tesla's head of the Cybertruck program, after eight years with the company, has raised some concerns. Moreover, reports of Tesla's China sales reaching a nearly 3-year low in October highlight the competitive pressures in key markets.

As a leveraged ETF, TSLL amplifies the daily performance of Tesla stock, making it particularly sensitive to news and market sentiment. Investors should be aware that while such instruments can provide magnified gains in bullish scenarios, they also carry increased risk and volatility.
