KIMOU ENVIRON (06805) has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Taizhou Jincheng, signed an agreement with Guangdong Jinjunda on February 6, 2026, for additional construction work. Guangdong Jinjunda had previously entered into construction contracts with other subsidiaries of the company to provide segmented turnkey construction services for the development of four industrial parks. The total disclosed contract value for all industrial parks—including Qingshen Park, East China Park, Central China Park, and Huizhou Park—over the past 12 months and as of the announcement date amounts to approximately RMB 377 million. In line with the company’s strategic focus on expanding its surface treatment circular economy industrial park business, particularly in Jiangsu Province, and to meet the needs of new facility construction and operational readiness, the board considers the agreement between Taizhou Jincheng and Guangdong Jinjunda essential for advancing the development of newly acquired land in the East China Park and installing related equipment. This expansion supports the group’s strategy to increase leasable floor area and enhance wastewater treatment capacity, positioning it to capture demand from electroplating enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region. The services and supplies under the agreement will facilitate the timely completion of plants and supporting facilities, which is critical for attracting and retaining tenants, improving occupancy rates, and generating stable rental and utility service revenue.
