CLARITY MEDICAL: Hong Kong Court Rejects Shareholder Lawsuit in Full

Clarity Medical Group Holding Limited announced that the High Court of Hong Kong has dismissed in its entirety the Originating Summons (HCMP 1627/2025) filed by shareholder Tse Wai Ip. The ruling, delivered at a hearing on 2 April 2026, strikes out all reliefs sought by the plaintiff.

The Court indicated that detailed written reasons will be handed down in due course. No further legal or financial implications were disclosed in the announcement.

As at 2 April 2026, Clarity Medical’s Board consists of one executive director, three non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors, led by Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Jiang Bo.
