网易云音乐股份有限公司（股票代码：09899）于2026年5月6日发布公告，披露其当日通过香港联交所场内回购股份，共回购126,600股普通股，约占该次回购前公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的0.05977%。本次回购的每股价格介于港币117.3元至120元之间，合计耗资约14,998,542.54港元（折合约1,499.85万港元）。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数由211,808,066股减少至211,681,466股，库藏股数增至6,234,650股，合并后公司股份总数仍为217,916,116股。公告同时提及，购回授权决议于2025年6月25日获得通过，授权可回购股份总数为21,739,953股，截至目前已在各证券交易所合计回购5,903,100股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的2.7153%。
公司在公告中指出，本次股份回购严格遵守香港联合交易所及相关法律法规的要求。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿代表公司签署。
