Jiangsu Lopal Tech's Subsidiary Signs LFP Cathode Material Supply Agreement with CATL

Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co.,Ltd. (603906.SH) announced that its controlled subsidiary LBM NEW ENERGY(AP)PTE.LTD. (referred to as "Lithium Source Asia Pacific") has signed a "Lithium Iron Phosphate Cathode Material Procurement Cooperation Agreement" with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL).

Under the agreement, Lithium Source Asia Pacific and its wholly-owned or joint venture subsidiaries are expected to supply a total of 157,500 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials meeting mutually agreed specifications to CATL's overseas facilities from the second quarter of 2026 through 2031. The demand volume will be adjusted based on CATL's overseas project progress and forecasted requirements, with final purchase quantities to be confirmed through subsequent framework, annual, or individual purchase contracts signed by both parties. Specific unit prices will be determined through bilateral negotiations.

Based on estimated quantities and market prices, the total contract sales amount is expected to exceed RMB 6 billion.
