天鸽互动控股有限公司（01980.HK）8月20日在港交所公告，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得归属于股东的净溢利约人民币123.2百万元，而去年同期录得归属于股东的净亏损约人民币22.4百万元，实现由亏转盈。
公司称，业绩转正主要受两项公允价值变动所推动：一是按公允价值计入损益的金融资产产生公允价值收益净额约人民币140.6百万元，去年同期为约人民币34.4百万元；二是持作交易衍生工具录得公允价值收益净额约人民币20.7百万元，而去年同期录得公允价值亏损净额约人民币34.0百万元。
天鸽互动指出，相关数据基于管理账目及董事会目前可得资料的初步评估，未经独立核数师审计；实际业绩可能有所调整。公司预计将于2026年8月底公布中期业绩。
