Kingboard Laminates (1888) has announced an updated board composition effective 28 February 2026. The board consists of six executive directors, one non-executive director, and four independent non-executive directors. The roles of Chairman and Managing Director are held by Mr. Cheung Kwok Wa and Mr. Cheung Kwok Keung, respectively.

The independent non-executive directors serve on three primary board committees—Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination. In the Audit Committee, Mr. Kung, Peter holds the chairmanship, with additional members including Ms. Yung Hoi Yan, Mr. Ho Kwok Ming, Mr. Zhang Lu Fu, and Mr. Lo Ka Leong. For the Remuneration Committee, the chairmanship is held by Ms. Yung, while Mr. Kung, Mr. Ho, and Mr. Zhang serve as members. The Nomination Committee is chaired by Mr. Ho, with membership comprising Mr. Kung, Ms. Yung, and Mr. Zhang.
