微创脑科学有限公司（股票代码：02172）于2026年6月2日发布公告称，公司通过香港联交所场内回购普通股63,000股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.01%，回购价格区间为每股9.35港元至9.42港元，合计动用约59.18万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份数目减少至574,504,809股，库藏股数则增至10,530,000股，公司总已发行股份仍为585,034,809股。根据公告，微创脑科学有限公司的股份回购授权由股东大会于2025年6月27日通过，获授权回购的股份总数为57,553,156股。截至目前，公司已根据该授权累计回购1,466,000股，约占授权通过时已发行股本的0.25%。由于本次回购，后续30天内公司将暂停新的发股或出售、转让库藏股安排，暂止期至2026年7月2日。
公司同时确认，已就本次回购获得董事会授权，严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律条款。本公告由公司秘书杨兆琳签署。
