实德环球披露的最新中期财报显示，2026年上半年实现营收约3,204.5万港元，同比增长约11%。同期毛利约1,312.1万港元，较上年同期的930.6万港元增长约41%，主要受到成本端优化和主要业务稳健扩张的带动。期间成本结构方面，销售及管理相关费用也呈下降趋势：行政开支约2,274.8万港元，同比下滑约3%，人工成本约1,379.7万港元，亦较上年同期的1,402.9万港元略有缩减。期内经营活动所用现金净额约为989.2万港元，相较上年同期有明显收窄。
业务分项
• 旅游业务：报告期内，实德环球旅游业务收入约3,077万港元，同比增长约11%；受益于线上自动售票系统与企业团体业务扩张，板块毛利率约为39%，分部实现利润约340万港元。
• 物业投资业务：报告期内实现收入约130万港元，分部利润约490万港元，主要源于投资物业公平值收益与物业存货撇减转回等因素共同推动，经营效益同比明显提升。
