Zhaoke Ophthalmology Limited reported a series of on-market share repurchases between 11 and 16 June 2026 that have not yet been cancelled.
From 11 June to 16 June, the company bought back a total of 845,500 ordinary shares—equivalent to roughly 0.15% of the 548.75 million shares in issue—at a combined outlay of about HK$2.37 million. The weighted-average prices were as follows:
• 11 June: 174,000 shares at HK$2.7194 each • 15 June: 56,500 shares at HK$2.8175 each • 16 June: 615,000 shares at an average HK$2.8253 each (price range: HK$2.8007–2.832), costing HK$1.74 million
Despite these repurchases, the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 548.75 million as of 16 June because the bought-back shares had not yet been cancelled.
Under the shareholders’ mandate granted on 15 May 2026, Zhaoke Ophthalmology is authorised to repurchase up to 54.87 million shares. Following the latest transactions, only 0.84 million shares (0.15% of issued capital) have been repurchased, leaving capacity for a further 54.26 million shares. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 16 July 2026.
