近日，安能发布公告称，由大钲资本、淡马锡和淡明资本共同组成的财团与安能物流集团有限公司联合宣布，拟通过协议安排的方式，将其从港交所退市。此次私有化后，安能CEO秦兴华将被调任为公司的高级顾问，不再担任安能所有核心管理职务。金云则继续担任集团执行董事。
据悉，本提案拟定每股12.18港元的现金选择，按股权价值计算，安能估值约为143亿港元，为安能自2021年11月中旬以来从未达到的估值水平。私有化价格较未受干扰日2025年9月3日每股8.2港元的收盘价，溢价达48.54%，该日期为公司股价及交易量出现异常波动前的最后一个交易日。该私有化价格为最终价格，且要约人不保留提高价格的权利。
