EDENSOFT (01147) saw its shares jump by as much as 47% during the trading session. At the time of writing, the stock was up 30%, trading at HK$0.157, with a turnover of HK$7.0539 million.
The surge follows an announcement on March 18, in which EDENSOFT disclosed that its subsidiary, Shenzhen EDEN Software Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Superfusion Digital Technology Co., Ltd. The partnership, effective March 18, 2026, will focus on three key areas: hardware computing power, AI application enablement across all scenarios, and ecosystem co-development.
Leveraging their respective industrial strengths, the two companies aim to build an integrated system encompassing "computing hardware + AI applications + full-process services," thereby promoting the integration of computing power with enterprise AI implementation scenarios.
Specifically, the collaboration will involve in-depth cooperation in technology research and development, market expansion, and resource sharing, establishing a joint innovation mechanism. The partners will concentrate on key industries to jointly develop the EDEN eCopilot Hub integrated solution, which features "local computing power + AI applications + local large models + OpenClaw."
This initiative will deeply integrate Superfusion's leading computing power with EDEN's self-developed AI applications, enabling local inference and ensuring that data does not need to be uploaded to the cloud. This approach addresses enterprise concerns regarding data security and lowers the deployment barriers associated with AI implementation.
