Cross-Harbour Declares HKD 0.07 per Share Second-Quarter Dividend for FY-2026

The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited has announced an ordinary second-quarter cash dividend of HKD 0.07 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, according to its 2026 Interim Results Announcement dated 20 August 2026.

Key distribution dates: • Ex-dividend date: 2 September 2026 • Last day for share transfers: 3 September 2026 (by 16:30) • Book closure: 4 – 8 September 2026 • Record date: 8 September 2026 • Payment date: 16 September 2026

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate of HKD1:HKD1 and does not require shareholder approval. No withholding tax applies, and the company has no listed warrants or convertible securities outstanding.

Tricor Investor Services Limited will act as share registrar, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

The board comprises six executive directors—Cheung Chung Kiu, Yeung Hin Chung (John), Yuen Wing Shing, Wong Chi Keung, Leung Wai Fai and Tung Wai Lan (Iris)—and three independent non-executive directors—Ng Kwok Fu, Leung Yu Ming (Steven) and Wong Lung Tak (Patrick).
