CHINA ITS (01900) announced that on November 12, 2025, and December 25, 2025, Tibet Zhihang (the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary) redeemed 7.8839 million and 2.628 million units of a private equity fund, respectively. On January 23, 2026, Tibet Zhihang issued a redemption notice to the fund manager to redeem a further 5.256 million units of the private equity fund.
