TIAN CHANG GP (02182) announced that on August 12, 2026, its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Tian Hao, entered into a construction agreement with Guangdong Zhongfu, acting as the general contractor, for the development of a new production facility on the designated land. The project will include a plant, staff dormitories, warehouses, and ancillary facilities, with a total consideration of RMB 149.3 million.

The land parcel is located at Plot JD134-13-02, Xinmin Luotang Area, Huicheng District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China. The group has been actively enhancing its existing engineering and manufacturing capabilities, which includes investments in precision manufacturing, automation, and related engineering technologies, to support current clients and expand into new product applications across various industries.

These initiatives align with the group's long-term strategic positioning as an "integrated advanced manufacturing platform." Under this framework, the group is developing new semi-solid magnesium injection molding technology to further strengthen its capabilities in advanced materials and lightweight manufacturing. Recently, the group acquired the land use rights for this parcel through its subsidiary, aiming to build new manufacturing facilities, including but not limited to the plant and dormitories.

The facilities are expected to support the group's semi-solid magnesium injection molding, advanced materials, precision manufacturing, and related engineering technologies. They will provide the necessary production, engineering, and research and development infrastructure to support the next phase of the group's advanced manufacturing and materials processing capabilities. This is intended to facilitate the group's expansion into a broader range of customers and industry applications, while enhancing its long-term competitiveness.

Therefore, the signing of the construction agreement aligns with the company's business plans. Construction of the new manufacturing facility is expected to commence in the second half of 2026.
