公司物业开发业务贡献了本期主要营收，达到约5,091万港元，收入下滑主要源于境内外市场需求低迷及部分项目交付节奏调整。资产、投资及基金管理业务营收约137万港元，呈下行态势。公司在期内加快去化和处置已竣工的物业重建项目，并推动部分海外少数权益项目的预售及最终交付。建材分销业务的规模相对较小，收入变化对整体影响有限。
