荣智控股（HKEX：06080）5月5日发布盈利警告称，经对截至2026年3月31日止财政年度（下称“2026财年”）未经审核综合管理账目进行初步评估，预计归属于公司拥有人之综合亏损净额约19.2百万元；上年同期录得净利润约4.4百万元，业绩由盈转亏。 \n\n公司将亏损主要归因于两方面： \n1. 多个地基及地盘平整项目出现重大亏损，原因包括：\n • 客户对收益审批及确认要求日益严格；\n • 应对意外地质状况及场地限制需调配额外资源；\n • 指定工程区域交付延迟及客户变更施工方法，导致营运效率下降。 \n2. 行业竞争加剧以及整体经济疲软压低公营及私营部门项目合约价格，导致毛利下滑。 \n\n公司目前仍在编制2026财年年报，相关数据未经审计师审阅，亦未获审计委员会确认。公司计划于2026年6月底前披露年度业绩，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
