Effective March 26, 2026, Mr. Luo Xianping has resigned from his position as an executive director. Mr. Shao Mingbiao has been appointed as an executive director, co-chairman, and a member of the remuneration committee. Additionally, Mr. Lo Kam Wing, Justice of the Peace, has been redesignated from chairman of the board to co-chairman.
