中国中车(01766)于6月16日发布更新公告，就此前宣派的截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息，明确最新的折算汇率及每股H股应付港元金额。
公告显示，该公司此前宣派的末期股息为每股人民币0.12元，该方案已于6月16日举行的股东大会上获得批准。根据最新公布的汇率1元人民币兑1.150311港元，每股末期股息折算为0.138037港元。
有关股权登记安排方面，本次股息的除净日为2026年6月22日，递交股份过户文件的最后时限为6月23日下午4时30分，暂停办理股份过户登记手续的期间为6月24日至6月29日，股权记录日期为6月29日。股息最终将于2026年8月13日派发。
根据公告披露的代扣所得税安排，对于非居民企业股东（非中国内地登记地址）及部分符合条件的非个人居民股东，将按10%税率代扣所得税；对与内地无税收协议国家的个人股东等特定情况，将适用20%代扣税率；内地个人投资者通过港股通取得的股息红利亦适用20%代扣税。公司建议股东参阅此前发布的年度业绩公告及股东会通函了解详细纳税规定。
