微创医疗公布，7月25日，公司主要股东作为卖方订立若干买卖协议(该等协议)，据此，卖方有条件同意向若干买方出售合共2.91亿股公司股份，于各情况下，均须遵守该等协议各自的条款及条件。买方包括上海上实资本管理有限公司(上实资本)旗下的基金、 We’Tron Capital Limited(于该公告日期为公司主要股东)及公司管理层的投资平台。
公告称，上实资本将成为公司的重要战略股东。依托其国资背景和产业资源，在符合市场规则和战略协同的前提下，助力集团核心业务拓展及潜在战略并购，追求更卓越的公司治理水平，为集团的持续创新、高质量发展与规模能级提升提供支持。
