Dongwu Cement International Limited (“Dongwu Cement,” Stock Code: 695) published a notice regarding an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 5 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in Shanghai. The primary agenda item is an ordinary resolution to approve and ratify the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 12 September 2025, entered into between Dongwu Cement and Great Ease Holdings Limited.

According to the notice, shareholders wishing to attend and vote at the EGM must register share transfers by lodging relevant documents with the company’s Hong Kong share registrar no later than 4:30 p.m. on 1 December 2025. The register of members will be closed from 2 December 2025 to 5 December 2025 (both days inclusive). The EGM resolution will be decided by poll, and shareholders have the option of appointing proxies to vote on their behalf.

Dongwu Cement advises that if adverse weather signals or extreme conditions are in force after 9:30 a.m. on the meeting day in Hong Kong, the EGM may be postponed. An announcement will be issued to confirm any rescheduled arrangements. Otherwise, the meeting will proceed as planned even under amber or red rainstorm warnings.
