Daiwa House Logistics Trust to Pay 2.95% Distribution on Perpetual Securities

Daiwa House Logistics Trust announced that its trustee will pay a 2.95% per-annum distribution on the trust’s JPY3.0 billion subordinated perpetual securities for the period from Mar, 31 2025 to Sep, 29 2025. The payment, totalling JPY44,371,233 and subject to withholding tax, is scheduled for Sep, 30 2025 and will be made to Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., the holder of the securities on the record date set 15 business days before the payment date.

The perpetual securities, issued on Nov, 26 2021, carry a fixed distribution rate of 2.95% per annum for the first five years, with distributions payable semi-annually in arrears on Mar, 31 and Sep, 30 each year.
