2026年7月23日，可孚医疗科技股份有限公司（股票代码：01187）公告称，已于2026年7月22日通过回购专用证券账户以集中竞价方式首次回购公司A股股份。
根据公告，本次回购共计买入496,200股，占公司目前A股总股本的0.24%，成交价格区间为50.60元/股至53.87元/股，成交总金额为26,105,444.00元，折合约2610.54万元（不含交易费用）。
此前，公司已于2026年6月26日召开第三届董事会第七次会议，并于2026年7月20日召开2026年第二次临时股东大会，审议通过《关于回购公司A股股份用于注销并减少注册资本的议案》。公司计划以自有资金及股票回购专项贷款资金实施回购，金额区间为1亿元至2亿元，上限价格为69.66元/股。按该价格测算，预计回购数量为1,435,544股至2,871,088股，对应占公司总股本比例为0.61%至1.22%。
回购期限自股东大会审议通过之日起12个月内，回购完成的股份将全部注销并减少注册资本。公司表示，未来将根据市场情况继续推进回购计划，并依法履行信息披露义务。
