顺豪物业（股票代码：00219）在公告中表示，董事会将于即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求授予一般性及无条件授权，以按照相关法律及上市规则的规定，在授权有效期内回购不超过已发行股份总数（不包括库存股份）的10%。公司目前已发行股份总数为579,753,289股，若全面行使该授权，回购股份的数量可达约57,975,328股。
董事会指出，回购计划所需资金将来自公司可合法用于该用途的内部资源及（或）合规融资渠道，并遵守香港公司法及上市规则的相关要求。董事会认为，回购计划有助于提升公司资产净值及每股盈利，符合公司及股东的整体利益。同时，董事会强调上述回购不会对公司的营运资金或资本结构造成重大不利影响。
据公告，股东周年大会定于2026年6月15日（星期一）上午10时20分在香港德辅道西308号华大盛品酒店三楼百合厅召开，6月10日至15日为暂停办理股份过户登记的日期。股东如欲行使投票权，须在6月9日下午四时三十分前办理相关过户登记手续。
