ZHEJIANG YONGAN (08211) announced that Ms. Chen Yanyun has resigned from her positions as the company secretary and authorized representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24, effective November 11, 2025, due to her intention to focus on other business commitments. Following her resignation, the board of directors appointed Mr. Jin Lei, executive director and chairman, as the authorized representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24, effective from November 11, 2025.
