According to the filing dated 23 October 2025, these newly issued shares represent approximately 0.82% of the company’s previously issued share capital of 475,000,000 shares.
Following the subscription, the company’s issued share count has increased to 478,272,000 shares. No share repurchases or redemptions were reported.
