2026年4月22日，BOSS直聘-W(02076)发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于2026年4月21日回购579,118股A类普通股，占当日已发行股本约0.05989%，每股回购价介于USD 6.76至USD 6.9525，合计耗资约399.29万美元。此外，同日有2,200股以每股USD 0.5的价格因购股权行使而发行，使公司已发行股本增至840,416,267股。
根据公告，购回授权于2025年6月27日获股东大会通过，可购回股份总数为91,613,918股。截至上述回购完成后，公司购回股份总数为13,195,076股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约1.4403%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法例履行必要程序。
