2026年2月13日，家乡互动科技有限公司（股份代号：03798）发布翌日披露报表，披露于2026年2月13日回购3.8万股公司普通股，占该次变动前公司已发行股份约0.00297%。回购价格介乎每股港币1.39至1.40元，总金额约5.28万港元。
公告显示，此次回购完成后，公司已发行股份从1,278,791,500股减少至1,278,753,500股，同时库藏股增至4,650,000股。公司回购授权于2025年6月17日获得股东大会通过，授予可回购股份总数为128,340,350股。根据公告，公司确认上述股份回购行为已经遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
